We provide junk removal and hauling, landscape maintenance, and property services in Sonoma County, California, with travel to nearby counties for larger jobs. Services are performed as described in the quote or estimate we give you. If the scope of work changes once we're on site — for example, there's more material than described, or access is different than expected — we'll tell you before doing additional work and agree on any change in price.
Estimates are free. A quote is based on the information and photos you provide; final pricing reflects the actual work performed. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed to other arrangements in writing. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we schedule your job.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know as soon as you can — a call or text to 707-929-4162 is fine. We'll do the same if weather or conditions force us to move a job.
Some materials require special handling and we may not be able to haul them, including hazardous waste, certain chemicals, and other items restricted by law. If you're not sure, ask us before your appointment and we'll point you in the right direction.
We carry out every job with care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
